9. Using Your Social SecurityNumber
GameBonus.com will request Players to submit their social security number if total winnings exceed $600 in a given calendar year. This is necessarily for you to receive a 1099 Form, as required by Internal Revenue Service regulations. Failure to provide social security number at such time will result in our inability to credit your account for winnings in excess of $600.

10. ChangingUser Information
To change, update, or delete any information in your Member Account click My Folder and then My Profile .

11. Refer-A-Friend
Our "Refer A Friend" option authorizes us to automatically send an one-time invitation to your friends to visit the site. GameBonus.com does not keep your friends¢®? emails nor pass them to other partie s.

12. Note about Children
GameBonus recognizes the need to protect the safety of our children. GameBonus.com's services are not directed to or intended for anyone under the age of 18.
