The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. You further agree that any legal action arising from any dispute shall proceed only in the state or federal courts located in County of New York in the State of New York, and hereby submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

REGISTRATION
Upon registration, you will be required to provide the following information: a unique user name, a password and a valid e-mail address, and depending on whether you choose to play for free or upgrade to compete for cash winnings, you will be required to provide additional information at a later time. The use of such information will be subject to the Privacy Statement posted on this site. Gamebonus.com allows maximum of one account per player. Additional accounts discovered to be owned by same player will be canceled at GameBonus's sole discretion and all account balances may be confiscated in accordance with applicable law.

ELIGIBILITY
Use of facilities on Gamebonus.com is open to legal residents of the United States with connection to the Internet and an e-mail account. You must be 18 years or older in order to win cash prizes.

The rules governing sweepstakes, contests, and tournaments with entry fees and/or prizes are set up by each individual state, not by the federal government. Based on these 50 sets of laws, fee-based tournaments with prizes are prohibited to residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Tennessee, and Vermont.

Employees, officers, and directors of GameBonus.com, its affiliated entities, parent, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate or receive prize

BONUS POINTS
Bonus Points accrued have no cash value and cannot be transferred or given to another member. Bonus Points can only be redeemed for Bonus Prizes at our Bonus Center , used to enter into Drawings or to enter promotional tournaments unless otherwise noted. If a player does not log on to their account and play at least one game within any sixty (60) day period, all Bonus Points that have accumulated may be deleted from a player's account. In such case, GameBonus.com will send an email notice prior to account termination.

GAME ENTRY FEE
Game Entry Fee may be awarded by GameBonus.com in the form of Game Credit or acquired when members make a deposit. Unless otherwise indicated, Game Entry Fee can only be used to play games. Any fraudulent use of a credit card or Paypal account in making a deposit may result in termination of said member account. For our players' protection, all players are limited to one account on GameBonus.com with which to enter and play in Entry Fee-based Tournaments.

PLAYER ACCOUNTS
All players are asked to observe common etiquette and decency on GameBonus.com. GameBonus.com reserves the right to remove any member entries from Message Forum on GameBonus.com and terminate accounts at its sole discretion. In addition, inactive accounts may be deleted in whole or in part including but not limited to: Bonus Mileage, Account Balance, Hall of Fame postings, cash winnings, and/or tournament standings.

ENTRY FEE TOURNAMENTS
Players are given a set amount of Bonus Points upon registering at GameBonus.com. These can be used to enter and win Free and/or Point-based Trial Tournaments. Players may: 1) continue to play in Free/Trial Tournaments or 2) Upgrade to a Paid Account and participate in entry-fee based Cash Tournaments. Cash Tournaments allows players to enter premium events such as Progressive Tournaments for more lucrative prizes.

RANKING
GameBonus.com may store high scores for specific games. These scores may be reset at any time and are not to be considered all time high scores. If we determine that scores were fraudulent acquired we have the right to remove those scores from the list and take other appropriate measures to remedy the situation. Periodically, a specific game's list of high scores may be cleared if the method of game play has changed. All scores posted on Hall of Fame will be reset once a month

TOURNAMENTS
Only completed tournament scores will be used in the entry to any tournament. The start and stop time (or number or entries in the case of limited entry tournaments) of each tournament will be determined and presented in a clear and succinct manner. Winners may be notified via an e-mail notification of their winnings and all prize money won will be credited immediately to players' accounts. The split percentages for prize payout may be changed at GameBonus' sole discretion at any time. Any attempt to cheat while playing tournament may result in removal from all tournaments and account termination.

By participating in Tournaments on Gamebonus.com, the players agree to be bound by the Official Rules. GameBonus.com, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives are not responsible for: (i) Any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Games to be disrupted or corrupted (ii) Any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of acceptance, possession, or use of cash prizes, or from participation in the Games (iii) Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Games. GameBonus.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Games in whole or in part, in the event of technical or other difficulties.

By participating in the Games, each player agrees to release and hold GameBonus.com and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of GameBonus.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Games, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy

MEMBERSHIP
There is no limit on the amount of fun you may have while playing games on GameBonus.com. Anyone who signs up for a Free Trial Account at Gamebonus.com can play and enter Free Tournaments whenever they want. Free Tournaments are separate from Entry-fee based Tournaments. Winning a Free Tournament will NOT award you a prize pot, except for Bonus Points. In addition, some features on GameBonus.com may not be available for holders of Trial Account such as promotional tournaments and other game-related events.

CASH WINNINGS
Cash winnings may be redeemed for cash in the actual amount by using the Withdrawal feature located under My Folder section.. We will credit your credit card upto the amount you initially deposited and send you a payment through Paypal for any remaining amounts requested. All winners will be required to provide their full name, address, city, state, and postal code. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the winner. Please allow 5-7 weeks from request date for payment of winnings.

GameBonus.com reserves the right to validate that the request is performed and approved by the registered account holder and may, at its discretion, contact the registered account holder prior to processing payments.

DISCLAIMERS

You may not de-compile, reverse engineer or disassemble or hack in any form the software distributed by GameBonus.com or its sponsor. If GameBonus.com determines in its sole discretion that a player account has been used in violation of this License, such account may be terminated without notice and all account balances may be confiscated in accordance with applicable law

In the event that GameBonus.com determines that you have breached any part of this Member Agreement, or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct on the site, GameBonus.com reserves the right to:
i) send a warning via e-mail of your violation;
ii) delete any content provided by you to GameBonus.com;
iii) discontinue your access to or registration with the game site;
iv) notify and/or send content to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; and/or
(v) any other action which GameBonus deems to be appropriate. In the event of a cancellation of your account, you will not receive a refund for deposited funds or for any Bonu$ forfeited.
